Engineering Graduate Program
We have created an Engineering Graduate Program to develop Resolute’s future generation of leaders by selecting candidates with the competencies and interest to assume leadership roles and providing them with opportunities to accelerate their development.
The company is looking for graduates and soon-to-be graduates in engineering (chemical, forestry, electrical, mechanical, process, pulp/paper) to work in our network of facilities.
Each graduate is generally hired for two years to work on a six-month rotation in various areas of an operation and is assigned a mentor (a member of the local leadership team), who provides guidance and support throughout the training process. Graduates work directly with the chemical, electrical and mechanical engineering teams on different optimization, maintenance, cost-reduction and workplace safety initiatives.
